So it would be assembled and we'd just have to do the plumbing? Is that correct in a dumbed down sense?

Get a JR kit and keep your A/C....Get a aftercooler and be done with it....
Centrifugal FTL...They have great peak numbers if thats what you want but a positive displacment charger will give you the usable power..
