Yes, yes, yes i know skunk2 cams are not the best cams.. but i got them from a buddy of mines who just brought an evo.. so now i need to upgrade my valvetrain.. i was told supertech is a great brand to go with.. i have i/h/e/rbc/rail/and 440cc.. k pro coming soon.. so some advice on wat spring rate to buy and wat other little things i need would be great... thanks in adv

What I've been up to lately in a nutshell. After 20,000+ miles, my 230ish hp 9000+rpm k20 bit the dust. More specifically, the cylinder #3 piston bit the dust. What cylinder #3 looked like What the rest looked like. You may be thinking to yourself "my, what a clean burning engine he has!" Why thank you, I like to think I know a thing or two about tuning....

Tried searching couldnt find the ansewr, Can I run an OBX race header with a Progress Sway Bar?

so i just put my esmm inserts in right, well two out of the four didnt fit for some reason and had to be cut, and the other two fit perfect.......the 2 that didnt fit kinda sticks out and i really dont like that, but im thinking about getting the innovative motor mounts instead...anyways so my car was making a clicking noise from underneath driver side, so it sounds like.......anyways it onoy ...

my mods are cai, kpro, dcrh, and greddy evo 2 full cat back w/ no resonator. ppl alwasy told me that its a bad idea to run open header and knowing me i wanted to see how bad it is. so i raced my buddy's s2k(not a stock s2k), w/ a mild street tune, i beat him by like a bumper. i was like wtf!!! go with the S2000 pump and you only need the baffle if you are road racing

I just took my car out for a drive and WOW! Let me tell you! I know it's just a simple bolt-on. I live in Mass. and it's 40 degrees out. The top-end is better than stock (vtec screams), but midrange and response The factory intake was choking my motor so much (even with new filter). I recommend this V2 to anybody Heatsoak>hydrolock IMO

Right now I'm in the beginning process of doing a fully built NA k20/k24 frank.. Ordered all the parts for the k24 bottom end and valvetrain kit for the k20 head.. BUT So I ran into a little problem here.. grrrr Well it turns out that the k24a2 block I got is basically a big chunk of metal now except the crank... one of the sleeve has a huge chip on it where the aluminum thing around ...
