I want to get into seperates. As such, I would like a receiver that has pre-outs, an optical input, and enough wattage to drive my center/surrounds. I am also looking for suggestions/options for a cheap 2 channel amp to drive my mains.
Going to drive CS2,70s,60s.
Looking to stay under $400 for both...

Hi all. I'm new to the vintage monitors. Are there stands that they came with, or that were made for the Monitor 7c's that I should buy? If so, if you have a set, let me know. If not, is there some model or brand that would work best.

Pioneer BDP-51FD Update disc
Wasn't able to get the Firmware update disc to copy correctly. Getting a new computer in a couple weeks to replace my old one. If anyone can make a copy for me I'll greatly appreciate it

I just bought a pair from a fellow forum member. Great speakers. You wil be happy with them. You will have to do one thing to them when you get them. They are made to hang and to sit, so the rubber feet are on the bottom, just peel them off and stick them to the back before you hang them, that's what I did. I would not want to have the wood sitting against the wall. Vibration city.

Which one to get would really depend on the front L/R you end up with.
CS350 LS is the match for the LS (50/70/90). I just purchased one in
excellent condition on ebay for $150 shipped. I love it and my front image
is amazingly coherent.
