anyone know about diesel...

it will be one of the recirculation hoses that goes between turbo and somewhere else. They go very brittle and snap when the engine is cold. Take the engine cover off, and you will see about 10 quite big vac type hoses. Tapeing it back on can be a temp fix.

Renaultsport Twingo Gordini

Except the new 500 Abarth is actually a good car. When my mate still worked for Fiat he got to bring one home one day it was a right laugh. Be interesting to see if the Twingo is any fun which is about all the use it will be.

and if it is the local hitlers not police, any swerving that resulted in them getting hit could be attributed to swerving after having a weapon pointed at you.

You're very unlikely to be prosecuted until it's been out of tax for at least 7 days, although this isn't actually set in stone you'd be the unluckiest man alive if you were caught & prosecuted for it.

I switched it off half way through, total joke, basic stuff, more applicable to cars from the 80’s. The technology today moving at a furious rate, and they had them wiring in a simple immobiliser switch WTF???
I thought it would be better to give them something that would combine modern diagnostics and also the quality of their work.

Unless you're gving GPS speed, that's likely to be 36 mph with speedo over-read. You might be alright, or get a driver awareness course from that, which is something to hold out for.
Location and sign rules are all advisory.
I believe querying timely calibration of equipment is an angle you can try, but it's one of the oldest in the book.

Well its looking good on the Job front after 3 weeks on the rock n roll
Only thing is with the potential new job is they don't supply and company car .
They give you 6k per annum allowance
if this is the case i'll have to get a car for work, i always had VW Tauran's SE PD150 Model
but think i might have a change (A4 Estate 2.0TDI)
what would be a good work car

85mph? what were you expected the bike to just bounce back and fall into
the road? that's some serious speed to hit something.
