Once I get up to speed I plan on joining R-V-B to cut my teeth and have some fun. No, in general T2 ammo isn't worth it with a few exceptions (Scorch, Spike and Void mostly).

i prefer armour tanking tbh. Though that might be because im a frenchy Gallente as for the BS . .. go with what you fancy.

There's a good chance I'm missing summat but it doesn't look like I'm managing to get AA or AF working for Nvidia with Eve. I can choose program settings in Nvidia control panel, set AA & AF levels along with "override app setting" but I still seem to to have loads of Jaggies. Any thoughts what I'm missing?

I guess you are right. I am going to try out the Maelstrom, based on Requiels recommendation. I checked the Internet for some Typhoon fits, but didn't find any that clicked with me. So wish me luck.

The best rifter fit for L1's is a passive tank gottaa: Highs: 3x guns and a rocket launcher mids: 2 of the larget shield extenders you can fit, and a invuln field. Lows: 1 gyro, 2 shield power relays. As a general rule though, it's Armour for (general) PvP, Shield for Missions. Nanogangs made passive shield tanking cool, but i believe they are pretty much dead now replaced by Snipe-Hacs ? __________________ Iteken @ Steam / GameSpy...

Yeah go with your type of style but dont be affraid to look at other options. I am Caldari so I went with Raven and Rokh, but I was impressed with corp members about the Abaddon which is an Amarr armour tanking beast, so i sent myself on a long skill training route to fly this and I havent regretted it.
