As for other religions or concepts "Savior" means the one who leads to salvation or saves someone from something bad. Eastern religions don't precisely have the same notions of "Savior" but the person who helps one transcend the cycle of reincarnation and enter Nirvana could be a savior after a fashion. Or the one who balances the forces of nature and brings the heavenly peace as in Chinese philosophy....
