Now that I live on the west side of the State, about once every 5 years. When I lived in the Soo, about 3 times a week. I really have no reason to go across anymore, so it will probably drop to once a decade or two now. If I visit Northern Maine to see family I always go over to New Brunswick to eat a few Donairs. I miss the Donairs, BAD!

Limit legal liability -- tort reform. 6. Don't setup a system that is not...

The American dream has been crumbling for a long time. The Internet bubble and the housing bubble masked what was really happening. The mask is now off. Unless you think the next bubble is some kind of green shoots thing -- this is how it's going to be for a long time..

Great location, tremendous and varied natural beauty, warm friendly people, a near perfect 4 seasons climate. I was born here, moved out of state twice (for curiousity) and keep coming back. I love this state!

Its gonna take some time, but Michigan and the rest of the U.S will be back. I have absolutely no doubt about that, and when people tell me we are all doomed I just laugh. I mean come on...sure its tough, but give it some time and everything will eventually "rewire" itself. It may not be like it used to be anytime soon, but eventually we will be hopefully look back on these times as a learning ...

This year I am ESPECIALLY thankful that God brought us home to live in beautiful Michigan after living in a different state for part of the year. There really is no place like home!
