Warren Buffett said the key is to be scared when others are greedy (I guess that was 2006) and to be greedy when others are ...

An article that was written a few months ago by a very well respected realtor in
Livingston County indicated homes were selling for what they were in 1998.
I suppose it would depend on the county, area, etc. but it has been my experience that the homes that SOLD were sold at about that those prices. It will always depend though on upgrades, location, etc. You may have exactly what ...

This sounds like a really complicated, tough situation. Can you establish good communication with their mother? Because ideally, you would all work together. These are kids that sound as if they are in real trouble.
It strikes me that the first question is what is your husband's level of commitment to his kids? (i.e. Would you and he change your current family configuration to ...

As soon as I read Historic, Marshall popped into my head, but there is also Galesburg, and
Gull Lake. Marshall probably has more historic homes, but the other two are very nice areas.

I've been to both and if Michigan Adventure's water park is closed ( makes sense they close on labor day if I remember right) I would not even bother driving there. If he is uneasy about rollercoasters and your looking for the waterpark fun I'd strongly suggest the Kalahari Resort in Sandusky.
Never been there but it looks like a total riot and would be paradise for a 12 year old. They have the...

I'm not up there in Michigan but I think the same advice would work almost anywhere but especially where the economy isn't
real hot, just make sure you have a job lined up before moving.
