We are breeding a sicker, less protected nation by not exposing ourselves to the small colonies of invaders that serve to enable and enhance our immune systems.
Some of us ate dirt as kids and we ...

On Any medications? The biggest test for drugs is when it hits the market... It is called post market surveillance so when a new drug hits the market they really don't know what side effects there are in the
general population and they sit back and wait for complaints to come in.

a person having
antibodies just means that they have been exposed to said illness at some point, the way I understood from my doctor is that antibody levels indicate your immunity to whatever it was you were exposed to. That probably doesn't make sense but it did when I was thinking it LOL

I don't know if my former (only because we moved out-of-state) doctor was unusual, but during one office visit, after previously mentioning several times she'd like me to
quit smoking (and me thinking "yeah, yeah", she told me, I want you to quit smoking , and I want you to do it now. ...

Medicare does not pay for the shingles vaccine. However, all Medicare Part D

If you have prescription coverage, ask your pharmacist to confirm how much it will cost. Or you can directly call your ...

I like your idea of the bracelet! I should wear one too, and I know dozens of people who should too! Your reaction sounds normal. At times of stress the brain will go into survival mode and pain is diminished and judgement is put on
the back burner. I am glad you are healing from your injuries and in the end did not exacerbate them by refusing medical help. As a mother of 5 and a medical ...
