Who is your email provider?  A lot of service providers do not let you send mail using their server unless directly connected to their network.  That could be why it works when your connected at your house since its connecting thru the cable modem your internet provider assigned but will not work over ATTs network.  Just like the below ATT will work over a cellular connection it will not work over WiFi.   You can try assigning another...

That's all it is a rumor. IF it wasn't a rumor it would have been already here for two simple reasons. All Android handsets had a price drop for a short period of time. If they are supposed to be the "iPhone killers" Apple would have done this also on black friday to compete. Apple doesn't do price drops out of the blue. They will Also hold a conference in reference to anything they do.

Just curious.... why in the world would you order the iPhone online when you can walk into any Apple or AT&T store and purchase one.  Then you can take it home with you. You pay the same price whether you buy the device at Apple or AT&T, or purchase online.

You can always purchase ringtones through the iTunes store.   There's also numerous threads around here about converting existing songs to ringtones. If you have a Mac, you can use GarageBand to convert songs. If you have Windows, there's a host of freeware out there that will do the job too.

While it looks cool, I just don't see me ever getting one.  They are very pricey ($100 for a mat, plus $40 for an iPhone case), plus you bulk up the phone by adding what is essentially an external battery pack.  Also, since the case/battery pack plugs into the bottom port, it seems like you would have to remove it if you ever wanted to charge it "normally", like in the car or at work (...

I'd guess there will be a significant cosmetic update.   Three+ years is a long time for the "look" to remain the same in this industry.   Maybe a 64gb model?   Wireless-N?   Faster processor?   FM and/or TV tuner?  FLASH?

How could it be att's fault? Are they sending a signal to your phone telling it to drain the battery? It is more likely you got a bad software update or someone found a cool app and everyone is downloading it so it is draining your battery faster. No one here knows.  We don't have insight to the order system as we are all just customers here.  The backorder times vary just based off of demand and availability.  It shouldn't be long.
