Grandma has agreed to move to Florida with Tom's mom and dad.  They will pack her bed and a few belongings in a van or a truck and then sell off all her furniture in her retirement community.  We are concerned about how weak she is....weather or not she will be able to make the long trip from Michigan to Florida.  This really is the only way.  She can not afford a nurse or a nursing home and ...

We just got home from the hospital. She is fine now. stiches are out. she goes back in 2 weeks to see both of her drs. PPT for continued healing, and for as she deals with VMRC (over my aunt) and the other board and care home. Also for when she deals with my brother. I have to go get some food as there is NONE in this house (thanks to my brother) and get some rx's of hers. ...

Thank you all for the prayers for my Aunt Terry.  The surgery went well, she's experiencing a little pain/discomfort from the pace maker being put in, but otherwise she's doing well.  They sent her home yesterday and she will have visiting nurses coming in to check on her everyday for a while. stacy

I've been taking my allergy meds hoping to stave it off but so far it hasn't helped. To give you all an update.  Sathu just picked up his son a few minutes ago.  His first concern was Greg and he asked if his job was ok.  It is.     Sathu said his job is ok as well and that for now he has a job.  It was a very sad and emotional day for him as he watched many of his friends loose their jobs.  This was round two.  Round one they shut down an entire office in Canada, This round...

Well, i am home for the first time sense this am. I'm wore out. I have spent most of my day at the hosptial. Update: well this am she was not doing any better. But tonight, she was able to eat cream of chicken soup. YEAH!!! she had 2 bowls and it stayed down!!! i'm so freaking happy over that. And the dr. told her she can get up and walk, so she did in the hall. she made 3 trips up and down ...

Right now i have a call into her dr office. she cannot swollow, her neck is swollen, i can hardly hear her when she is talking. she is throwing up, or trying to. she cannot even take a pain pill and she tried. and her head is hurting to the point of a 6. what do you think? i really did not think she should be home from the hospital yet. and now this. i think she should be back in. :(...

Johnny seems to be getting better finally he is still needing Ibuprofen or Tylenol every 4-6 hours but he isn't as miserable as long as he doesn't over do things. He has missed all week of school but I think he should be able to handle attending tommorow as Fridays are always 1/2 days so even if he still needs meds he can take some before school and they will last til it is over. I do have an update from MIL.... MIL talked to Uncle J last night and he said Aunt Patsy is still not able to get out of bed because of dizziness and nausea from the dizziness....she was up and about more a couple of weeks ago than she is now. She is stronger than she was, they do come and exercise her arms and legs, so she can kind of turn herself over in bed if he lifts her legs to bend ...
