I like crystal lite too. My grandmother has never had a drink of water in her life! Only coffee and milk. She hates the taste so much she will throw up. Too funny. I love my water!

I'm getting pickier as I get older... which is weird because my brother used to be the pickiest eater and now he is a lot less picky. My biggest thing is that I eat one thing at a time. I'll usually eat what I don't like as much first and save the best for last, so to speak. I can't eat peas or green beans without ketchup... and even then it's still hardly edible. I actually love mixing corn with potatoes....

Strep Throat Treatment?
Published (2009-01-06 16:38:00)
You could call a pharmacy or the nurse at your family dr and explain the situation and maybe they can give you a recommendation. could be strep or tonsilitis and both are treated with antibiotics. My uncles roommate almost died from strep that abcessed b/c he didn't go to the doctor. He is horribly disfigured now from all the muscle and tissue that had to be removed to try to stop the infection. He is very lucky to be alive. Please...

I agree with the 800mg of Ibuprofen. I also like to suck on sugar free popsicles. Definitely no milk products at all, they produce flem and then coughing--not good for a sore throat.

Yes, I don't drink enough water. Why not? I don't like the taste of 99% of water. I don't like filtered water, I don't like most tap water, I would die of thirst instead of drinking chlorinated city water... So I turned to the flavored water trend, and only one... just ONE is something I can stand. The Aquafina Flavored water. The rest give me this terrible after taste. Anyone else have...

Does anyone know of any effective ways to treat Strep Throat to help with the soreness? I know it needs to be treated with antibiotics if it is actually diagnosed as such. However Sean is currently working in MT, and his insurance only covers the state of WA and ID. Unless it is a work related injury. Started being slightly sore on Saturday, and he had to leave town at 2am on Sunday. Now of ...

For my birthday, my parents got me the most amazing present of being able to spend a semester doing an internship of my choice. As I'm going into the animal husbandry field, I am looking for an internship at a zoo or aquarium. I was wondering if anyone here has done anything like it before and can recomend (or tell me to avoid) a specific facility. It's not limited to the US either.

Am I the only person who has food quirks? For example: If I have different food on my plate, it can't touch. If it touches, I just can't eat it. I'll scoop the portion that touched off to the side and won't eat it. My step-grandpa usually gets mad at me over it at family dinners and will actually -yell- at me and give me a speech about how it all goes to the same place and gets mixed up there. I...

For those of you who know--Lisa has another cat scan scheduled for this coming Monday. The first scan that showed the reoccurrence of triple negative breast cancer--that had spread was on August 1st and it was at 23 centimeters. The 2nd scan they took showed a decrease to 17 centimeters. We are praying to see another hefty decrease as Lisa has to receive chemo once a week for 3 weeks then she has...

It is now 3 AM, Jan 1st 2009 On this side of the world so this is early for most of you, but.. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Unfortunately the poor boyfriend came home from work with a fever! So we stayed home and toasted the new year. Him with a hot mug of honey lemon, and me with lemon soju. We sat in the hall, and watched a nearby fireworks display visible from the window. Well... caffeine will often help a headache. It's natural in that it occurs in nature, though it's not "naturally occurring" in many of the items it appears in. Otherwise, I've heard that sleeping with a mint sachet helps clear the airways/relieves sinus pressure, but I've never actually tried it. Just been told that by the helpful older ladies around town here.

I'm working on a lab report for AP Chem and I think most of my calculations are right... but there are some that just aren't making sense. I had to calculate percent error for some of them and I keep getting a negative percent error, which can't happen. Percent error is: (experimental - actual) / actual x 100 So, for example one of my calculations was really off and gave me .86... so ...

How do you stop pop ups? it is for random sites (the sites actually exist) . I have got to the point I contact each site that pops up asking why there site pops up on my computer. The latest one is for an ebay seller (an actual seller name). I cleaned cookies, adware, virus. So what else can I do to fix this?
