Use the tow haul mode when towing. It raises the rpms during shifting to help keep the truck in
optimum HP while towing. Also keeps the transmission from jumping back and forth from OD.
In my opinion, your best option would be 4.10 gears. With the mods you listed, the gears will help alot. Everything else you do will cost more. You could consider a cam swap to get more torque, ...

As far as a brand, the only one i can think of right off the top of my head is the one i have in my truck...it's a B & W hideaway hitch...when not in use you pull a pin and you can pull the ball out and
turn it over and stick it back in... makes it so when it's not in use i can have my whole bed free without having a ball in the middle of it.
