Yeah, I know what you mean. I live about a half block off the highway, and I can hear cars go by with the bass pounding.

I wouldn`t say its not possible, just not pratical... It`d be just like running lift keys, which are pointless. The stock stuff is their because when they are
maxed out, its the suspensions max settings. Anything beyond that is going to cause premature wear on everything and all so start a safety problem.

Welcome to the site.
2500 Gas 6.0 with 6-speed and 3.73 gears will get better gas mileage than your 4-speed ?? gears. Having the extra two gears will also help it tow alot better too keeping the rpm`s where they need to be without having to rev the engine as much. That alone should help mileage.
2500 Diesel Some claim mileage in the low 20`s on the highway, but I for one don`t ...

From what I`ve heard, that`s a common problem for our trucks. Mine doesn`t like to shift easy
when its cold either and the 1-2 shift is kind of hard. There`s a lot of threads on here about that problem.

That new bumper makes it look so much better than the current one.
