Okay guys, based on some feedback we've received from some of you recently we're going with two separate threads for the candidates. Much less of a versus match and more of a focused affair, so we can can get more of what each campaign is doing and saying. Wowzers, I get to be first! Actually, I asked for this thread because some interesting themes are already developing six months before voters go to the polls. Republicans, who have dominated our political landscape for much of the past forty years, lost their majorities in the U.S. House and ...

Euthanasia-Painless killing of a patient suffering from incurable disease. This is a big issue in today's world. Should a person suffering from misery and having no chance of survival, be mercifully put to sleep. Not to mention the the financial burden that poor families have to suffer on account of a lost cost. But again, we are not gods to decide whether a person should live or die.Medical...

Plans for a new democratic government were made in December 2001 and in 2002 Karzai was chosen Interim President of Afghanistan. Later in 2005 he was elected as official president. ...

I don't mean it in the way where you spank the kid for every bad thing they do, but if it is something that was incredibly dangerous or stupid or completely, completely disrespectful, then that should be in the parents hands...
