Can you return a phone after purchasing it? Because I really dont like red and I want the gray Samsung SGH -T239. But my T-Mobile store doesn't have it in stock. I want to return this one and order one online. Can I do that?

Update...I let a buddy take a look at it and he tinkered with it for a few minutes. He got it to work and said that all he did was push on the 3 copper colored spring contacts in and out a few times. I tried to do that earlier in teh day without success so I don't know what he did different but it worked.
