Mornin' Mudgies! I thought paint thinner would be a nice change as a base chemical. The coffee has fly ash (a byproduct of burning coal) and the tea various oil refinery solvents. That there is Northern Mudgie fruitcake, made per jmcrae's suggestion. You can eat it, cut it (if you can) and sell it as a manhole cover, or weld it into plate armor. -Tina "I Fruitcake" G

Still snowing. 18*F. Not including windchill. Drive just plowed & attempting to get to post office to pay phone bill!!! May be demented. No, am well & truly as crazy as a loon. Doing it anyhow.

Revised forecast this morning shows that by Friday we will have lows in the teens and a high only just above freezing. If it is that cold down here, my gosh, what are you folks up nawth expecting? According to my exercise instructor at the gym, to lose weight one must walk. I hate walking. But I'll start today doing 20 min. Anyone else starting?
Also do pilates and exercise classes for one hour five times a week. Supposedly, I'm building muscle.
Doing a new way of eating....note I didn't say diet....seven meals a day. Not easy. Actually filled up by number four. Does ...
