Maybe nobody has responded because I don't think it is clear what you are asking, or if you are even asking anything or just venting! Secondly, this board gets very little traffic it seems. I've posted several times and have not always gotten a response. Not sure why I even have it bookmarked or come back sometimes. At any rate, I wish you the best...sounds like a
complicated situation. There...

Go for it!!! At least have her visit for a few days or a week, but make sure she understands it's just a visit at this time. If you/she decide it might work out, then do it......
nothing is forever, if it does not work out, then you can change the situation later. What's the harm in giving it a go, at least for awhile? Wayne

nctsfe,
Truth be told, anyone can sue anyone for any reason at any time . That said, litigation involving caregivers runs a wide range: neglect, physical or emotional abuse, undue influence and financial abuse. And it is more common than you would believe. Step back and think about the homecare that you're looking to provide - would you be doing so with the intent of being an "...
