Just checked out the UFC homepage and saw a match has been scheduled for Nov.15 between Randy Couture and Brock Lesnar. Any thoughts? Couture is getting a little long in the tooth and may be rusty. Lesnar is a flat out shit brickhouse. He was pounding Frank Mir like a rag doll until he got caught in a heel hook or knee bar. Frankly I hope Lesnar beats him. It might put an end to Couture's ...

To any CCers that have vacationed in snow country, I could use your experience and advice. I want to go out west early this winter to play in the snow for a couple days--maybe try newbie snow-tubing. Now here's my question--once at the hotel or lodge, how exactly do you get from the inside lobby out INTO the snow when you're wheelchair dependent? I will be traveling with a service...

I've always transferred from a dock. One awesome time (in deeper water) they put the kayak on a submergable dock. I transferred into it and my weight made the dock slowly sink. Presto! I was ready to go. I agree though that the paddle brace (maybe using 2 paddles?) seems like a good idea.

It's not completely unusable but close - I'll have to have someone come over and rig something up until Continental, hopefully, takes care of it. I'm guessing there are plenty of people here that have had something similar happen... My question is: what can I expect from the airline(replacement?, reimbursement for cost of repairs? -- although I don't think it can be repaired to its previous ...
