Start with the simplest first. Spend $5 on a new pressure cap for the reservoir and bleed the system to get rid of air pockets. I'm guessing that you're loosing coolant. The question is from where?

Maybe its the fuel pump? You could have some serious crud in the fuel lines too although thats pretty rare.

Honestly, the amount of times you have overheated the engine, i wouldn't be surprised if the something had warped or cracked inside the engine. If you know that the radiator isn't leaking, the coolant is going somewhere in the block. What all gaskets have you replaced.
