Quote: @ Huey, Are you serious? The planes had to fly through a city and weave buildings to land? I hate Flying when the runway's out in the open, never mind dodging buildings. THATS CRAZY! Absolutely Antman, Kai Tak was infamous, only the best pilots could fly that destination and they loved it. Built a long time ago by the British, it was the worst place to put an airport. The approach involved flying straight at a target painted on a...

Quote: Budget? His first movie had a budget of 1.2 million, Pulp Fiction 8.5 million, and so on. His most expensive film is Inglorious Basterds, which cost 70 million, which compared to most Hollywood blockbusters is nothing. That is a LOT of money. Very few on here have even 1/4 of that budget. Just because he isn't wasteful, doesn't mean he is low budget.

the good thing about america is the mediocre talent pool. you never know who is going to play or if they are going to be worth anything. it's like that when i go to the rapids games. i never have a clue what connor casey is going to do, so it is always exciting. america is looking good and strong going into this year. but, so does italy, france and spain. i'd love to see more of anelka.

I have seen the USA team performing better and better, each time they participated. They certainly are no longer in the losers corner.

I think if anything comes of it, I would act niave and say you just thought he was pointing at you to get out of the way so he could get to the car he was chassing after. I wouldn't worry about it. It would be more hassle for him to look for you than what it would be worth for his time. I would say, " If you wanted to pull me over, than you should have done it the way they showed you at the ...

Being that it's HP, that software is probably on a DVD and not a CD, i.e. it's most likely a file size of 4.27 GB in size.
Again considering it's HP you should be thankful the software is ONLY 4.27 GB and not requiring a Blu-Ray drive to read it....

"The four men denied the charges throughout the trial, saying that because they did not actually host any files, they were not doing anything wrong."
Seems like naming your site " The Pirate Bay" would easily contradict that statement.

EUS 400D (technically it's from work, but I'm the only one using it). I counted my Aiptek cam as Point'n'Shoot.

Lmao, guidos (sp?) have to be about the cheesiest people ever! I saw the commercial for it, and that was quite enough for me. I can't imagine a more self involved, narcissistic group of people.

Totally in agreement there Corben.
Although I think it's a geographical/cultural thing in some way; i.e. it's an American thang!
Although also agree about basterds: Chapter One was some of the best cinema I've seen recently.
It's possible we'll see more mature films from him in the future, now that he's made money and a name with the childish slasher/blood splatter crap....

I'd like to see something smaller (like the HF10) with the same specs as the HV30 but recording HDV to flash instead of tape. My $0.02.

Ok,
I'm not a videomaker by trade, this is truly a hobby for me (at least until I make something worth getting distributed). But, I do audio mastering for about 40% of my income.
I don't know how many of you know about what I do but I'll give you the run-down:
When you make a record, you go to a studio and put up microphones and run tape or hard drives to record the sound.
Then, either...
