I had the chance to get in a little photo shoot with my daughter today. By the time we get our act together the light was gone from the backyard.
We had fun, but only got a few shots
before the light was too far gone.
Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

I know how you feel. That's why it's even more precious to get the good ones. My fav is #5.

A good friend asked me to take some photos of her and her children - this is her favorite so far, but how can I improve it, now with PP, and before what should I have done while shooting?
The white of the daughter's shirt seems
blown out - what else could I work on?
Thanks for your help.

Sure, click the link in my signature, then Galleries and then Family & Kids.
Also here are the threads I've started here with lots of pics: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/...&starteronl y=1
For the (IMO) the best baby photographer on the forum, search for "Cheetapita" in the Kids area.

The things that jumped out at me...
#3 is very nice, like the eyes, maybe change your position so that you can hide the corner of the chair that can be seen
#4 would be solid if the woman's eye's were looking at the camera
#5, same woman as in #4 is again not looking at the camera, and the yellow strap of the girl in the lower right needs to be
cloned out (or she should have pulled up her ...
