ya my body seems to be tiring up by 6 pm. but after some hours of sound sleep all ache vanishes .

ahhh okay, I havent really looked into that in great depth yet... I take enough vitamins as it is already!

OK, so I'm a little confuzzled.... So, are we doing a team type thing? And its based on % lost? How would that be calculated? Is it if you started at 200 lbs and lost 10 lbs you would have lost 5% of your total weight (I picked easy math # btw). I've never watched The Biggest Loser so I dont know how this will work... And I dont have a digital camera so I cant send in a picture! Is there another way to do this fairly?

DH and I got ours a few days ago, the vaccine is open to everyone now in Montreal. We didn't have to wait at all (only the 15 min at the end in case of reactions), and just had really sore arms in the end.
