First of all I have been a waiter for 4 years. Tips have helped me get through college, and also get me a couple nice black rifles! With that being said, if you give crappy service you deserve to get no tip. I do my job, so I don't have to worry. The problem is when people don't tip even though the service is perfectly fine.
