they should be all shooters. i mean the only issue you may have is that in the
group of 20, you will get a wild shooter or two. but that would happen regardless since i doubt they shoot them for accuracy before dipping them in cosmo and storage.

I've had problems of accuracy myself. I shoot an
1848 Walker.
The sights are not accurate at all, which is inherent in that gun. Some filing may help, but it will be easier to just learn where to point that particular gun. From what I've heard, no guns from that era had accurate sites, so each individual gun had to be learned.

Perusing the auctions ending within the last 90 days on gb, it looks like they go from 300-500ish, with some outliers with lots of extras going up from there if they've got lots of extras and stuff.
i've heard they're fun shooters but they're not the most accurate of things. I bet they're
loud as hell since they're so short, much like the m44s and the french artilleryman's 1916 carbine are....

gun store have such a specific item. best bet is to order online or fabricate your own.
