Riddle me this Batman... I have a stripped Calguns lower in jail. Of course, it is DROS'd as a long gun. If I pick it up and do nothing with it, then move out of state, the ATF still considers it "other" and Kommiefornia no longer has any input as to it's status. That same majority will be deciding on a gun ban almost identical to that of DC's,and Chicago will have to convince 5 judges that somehow, the 2nd Amendment is not incorporated under the 14th Amendment even though 44 states have a constitutional provision for it, as well as overwhelming popular opinion for the RKBA.

We made them back in the 90's until someone started using them to load up rocks in front of the potato and shot them at people and it made the news.
