Simple, really. If you're using Firefox uncheck the box in preferences where it says to remove all logins when exiting FF. Another OS, I don't know. But as to having to re-enter your username and password, assuming that's what you are talking about, you have to have cookies enabled. If you do that, and accept the cookies when you login, then at least that much will come up when you go to login. ...
