I do feel really bad for the hundreds of new reps that actually think they are going to have a job. They have all been lead to believe they are safe.

I don't know about you but I'd get a 26-week package. I used to work for Abbott & TAP & SP's Package is way better (at least compared to what they were 3 years ago). If you can get suitable employment within 6-weeks you will make out like a bandit. When one door closes two more will open. That's the power of a positive mental attitude.

According to today's email, SP will maintain the existing 525 territory footprint, will retain nearly all of the high performing DMs and reps...but then it says reps will carry 5 products with fewer sales reps calling on each customer. Also smaller districts for the DMs and RDs. I wish they would lay it down ...

Does any other pharma company have it's reps go thru such bull shit in the name of CIA compliance? I have done more of these asinine on line wastes of time in 4yrs w/SGP than in over 20yrs with 2 other pharma companies. I certainly hope whichever asshole caused the problems in the past isn't still with SGP--but the way Fred, Carrie, & Chuckles are running things it could even be one of them.
