P4 bonus, what are the odds??
Published (2009-12-04 19:55:00)
Publicis is not going anywhere and neither is the P4 contract, they are still hiring and many of the reps will have to go back to training to learn more products. They are not getting rid of this contract anytime soon, Pfizer can pull the plug at any time however they are very pleased and keep investing more into this project. They are not fools, they are getting a big bang for their buck and many of the P4 reps are outperforming their pfizer...

I'm certainly not holding my breath for a bonus... and even if it comes, it's so small as to not even be excited about.... 9 months of work and they pitch us about $1500 after taxes. Gee, thanks a lot... really makes me want to bust my tail for you guys.

I heard a rumor that we would be getting the Q2 payout before the holidays, anyone else? As for the protonix bonus, it's $250 if you make 250 protonix calls by the end of Q4, no goal, just calls. Not sure if there is a desending amount of $ for less than 250 calls --? Be thankful you have a job, I sure am! And no, this isn't the best but I do what I am supposed to do and I am left alone.

someone declined an offer.....salary was not worth the size of the territory. You will destroy your own car on PSS's dime.

More money, addtional product, sounds good to me. I hope you are right on all counts. I think they would not be spending on a meeting if things were not looking good and they did not have something new for us for 2010.

First of all, you're obviously a PSS (sales, not to be confused with Publicis), as you posted this to the AZ board as such. I am the original poster who had stated the 1% drop reported on the Yahoo Finance article from the numbers AZ released. Whatever, either way, Nexium is down. We are still the leading PPI. I agree, it doesn't look good on this contract. However, I think that AZ ...

If its any cancellation it can not be any worse than the Pfizer contract that I am on. Pay sucks, bonus not too bad, and 3 managers. Most of all Pfizer reps are jerkoffs big time and will not work with us, terrible work environment.
