Complicated bonus structure is the norm now at GSK. Wasn't simplification one of Andrew's initiatives? Need to be a rocket scientist now to figure out the plan. How's this plan sound? Sell X million this quarter, get paid. Don't have confidence in the numbers being presented these days.

Actually a few regions were doing a mini-reorg on their own to see if they could "fix" things. It was to take place beginning 1-1-10. Then Mgmt decided that it should happen for the entire country, not just regionally, so all reorg is off until 2nd qtr. Just got OCTEL this morning.
