So here we are back from the holiday break, and what better way to bid us good tidings then receive confirmation that the 150 strong clinical research field staff would get cast by the wayside to become potential empolyees for Quintiles. Management dropped the bomb on 12/18/07. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year....we own your asses until, oh...sometime between now and the summer of 08. You ...

Did you know that Amgen has an employee that basically calls a competitor at Eli Lilly and tells him how to do his job? This individual has sold out competitive information to a "friend" at Eli Lilly for the past six years. He has taken expensive research that Amgen paid for and literally handed it out to Amgens competitors. Hot and Cold profiles that we developed with millions of ...

The people with historical knowledge took the free money and are consulting back at Amgen for more money or got jobs at better companies. Then for the 3 months waiting, nothing got done. Think about all the lost revenue potentially with people preparing CVs. Then they riffed the wrong people and kept the asskissers. Then the best people left for Genentech. If you see your own department you...
