I am on day 2 and had to cave and top my greens with a tiny bit of low calorie salad dressing. I figure it this way.....on Day 4...milk and bananas day...I will skip the milk altogether....I am not one for milk anyway....I had a coffee whitener in my cofee today too...no sugar... Is anyone else terrfied that the weight loss will be fleeting and we will gain it all back?????
