Also wondering, if I were to switch to Verizon wireless dataplan and drop my current home ISP, is tethering allowed? Is unlimited usage REALLY unlimited? Verizon terms are vague. Would Sprint sell a dataplan for the PPC6800, or would I have to buy a new device?

Although it may not seem like it, there are actually too many options given the few requirements. The language on a WindowsMobile smartphone cannot be changed without the manufacturer (HP) issuing you a copy of an English ROM. Unfortunately, that is not a request they grant, especially for out-of-warranty products. Sorry. John

The Beta fix is compressed and did not self-extract. I tried downloading "WINZIP but received an error message that it was not a 32 bit file. So at this point, I can't open or run the file unless someone can tell me how. I am not particularly skilled in computer tech. (smile)

I know that you can read any ebook in the EPUB, PDF, and LRF format because the fonts are embedded into the documents. I have heard of being able to convert the Russian fb2 format to an EPUB or PDF so you can read without needing theCyrillic alphabet.
