FANUC 11M
Published (2009-11-25 23:32:00)
Thanks for the information. Speaking of the servo drive.. I'm told that there are several I can use.. but the eBay searches for FANUC System 11 parts (11M & 11T) come up with say that the amplifiers are A06B-6059-H206 and A06B-6058-H004 and A06B-6058-H023.. But I was thinking I might have to have a digital masterboard such as A16B-1010-0200/08C for those. Those aparently are S series amplifiers for AC spindle servo and AC servos....

Yes.. you are right !. It should be no problem if the original thread was made on the same machine before. However, this new machine I got now is brand new and need to redress all the rolls that were made by other machine (farrel... allen bradley control). Even more... some times the shaft of this rolls break off and need to be changed, and in the maintenance shop the new shaft is placed on different angular position. The result: a lot of...

On the motherboard the connectors are marked with white text, for example on the left side upper one is M1, in the middle M2, down is M3. Along lower edge are located 20 pin connectors to the servo, from the encoders, video signal is the last one. On PC1, PC2 additional boards you will find M18, 19 etc. LEDs are also named, check it.

It appears that you have the DPI bit set for conventional input instead of calculator input. My hunch would be that your probe is hitting and storing machine position values into your variables which will get entered as X.XXXX. However with your program input having to be 1000 to =1.000 you are contradicting. Long story short change parameter 3401.0 equal to 1. You will have to change ...

becareful with 4077 because that alters the m19 stop position.. if you have a c axis it might throw it off... but anyways you should have an m-code to position the spindle dont ya? if not call the the company that makes the machine and ask them..

Chandru, Alarm 27 means "position coder disconnection". Fanuc encoders are very reliable and rarely fail. More often the cause is a faulty encoder cable. You didn't mention what kind of machine the alarm was occurring on other than the control is an 0i-T. (Must be a turning center.) Find the pin-out connection diagram in your builder's electrical manual or in the Fanuc ...

Your description is not clear. If it is a triple-start thread (which it appears to be), the three helices would never intersect upon extending.
