If you have the time, I would like to get an idea on your USA prices. The parts are quite small and USPS is quite cheap so working from New Zealand may be an option.
The small bit may be a problem with most CNC shops and an engraver may be a better option.

I have a few questions after looking at your drawing -
* Your post states 5/16 holes but the drawing states 3/8 .......
* What is your allowable inside radius?
* Is a dxf or solid model available (stp or
igs)?

I need to have the gantry sides of a router I am building made up as they are just a bit too large for my X2 mill to handle. I would need them made from 1/2" aluminum, and have included the drawings below. I attached 2 drawings per side, 1 is fully dimensioned and the other isn't.

Since there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of interest in doing them in Carbon (don't blame 'ya), I am going to open this up to also quoting the same design in aluminum (
6061 and 7075).
Edit - I was informed that my tolerances were a bit tight, so I'm going to go ahead and open the tolerances to .015cm or .006" which ever works better for you. I do however need the hole sizes a close as ...
