Well obviously a vulcano has a lot of steampower Steampunk often refers to mechanical devices which are powered by steam, or seem to be. Those devices are often built in brass or copper and there are usually lots of gear, rivets and bolts involved I kinda like your idea though, it's very original to say the least. this is a really poor attempt at making a journey styled fairytail. it was ref off a picture of me and my brother - we had this old man mask which was from a separate photo ref, and i just put it onto my bro to make it look like he was a short old man - a gnome perhaps. something like that. anyway the backgroun i was trying to create a crystal city - but failed miserably. oh wells. crit welcome.

Thanks a lot, people!! Will reply in detail later! Just looked in to say I just spotted the latest image by Giorgio Lafratta. He chose to portray a Kathakali performer(Kathakali is an ancient art form of my home-state, Kerala), and I am so excited about it!
