Sounds good, will keep an eye open for the upload notices. Thanks for sticking with it for a redo, it's looking so much more accurate. Other UPDATES> Jay's sending steady updates on the sound fx and things are shaping up. Render is running at 15mins per frame, so I have about 5 days of rendering to do on the single machine I have here at the moment. Then fixups for any drop frames etc, then comp...blah, blah... Ok SD, We are up and running with dropbox. I will let you know once I put up the file. Im just about done recreating the debris again. I also believe I was losing a lot of the sharpness when I was subdividing the mesh in zbrush. With that in mind I had to re-flatten those areas in zbrush to maintain the hard-surface look vs. organic weathered look. I started with the orginal mesh and had to do some work on the non-planar polys in LW and bring...

thanks for the responses. Also, considering hardware and software, were their any setbacks? Nowadays its tough to refine a good look in CG without a proper end 64 bit system. Did you find it hard to reach your online collaborators who share the same equipment and software packages. Or did you mix it up and in doing so have no real hard time?

Hi Durty, I'm not quite clear on all those questions but I'll try. Since taking the film online, it's taken most of the year to get to the point we're currently at. We have over 140 people signed up, mostly animators (over 80 so far), but also lots of people in other areas. Modelling and texturing have been the areas most beneficial to recruit in so far, but that may change depending on your skills, and I'm only not...

We are looking mainly now for one more concept artist (with a focus on nature, oriental elements and fantasy), one more 3d character modeller , one more animator (with a focus on fighting) and one 3d environment artist (create vegetation, small objects and fantasy architecture).
