F'ed up...and her apology "I let my emotions get the best of me." Well how many times did your emotions get the best of you, like 10?? And how the hell she didn't get a red card in the game is beyond me. That first slide tackle from behind could have been a red alone. This ref was ridiculous that he let her continue on.

I'm really sicken by this.

Good luck, I heard it takes about 20-30 days for ALL the soreness to be gone. I've never done it but I know people that have/are finishing it. I'm starting back up my 300 workout here beginning of December. I did it last winter and dropped me 20lbs in 2 months. Did the workout for 3 months straight and ended up losing 12 LBs but put on some good muscle.
