Honestly, I didn't even really notice that they were gone. The way it was set up I felt like they were not a distraction and I didn't have a problem with them at all. If you need/want to bring advertising back to the site at some point in the future once whatever issues you are having are resolved I say go for it.

Puregig is having some issues with
packet loss in the PHX facility (where we're colocated). They're aware of it and working on it, if you see little pockets where we seem to be down, that's it. Hopefully it's resolved quickly.
Annoying that this is the second time in a month I've had to post to explain their network issues. We didn't have two of those incidents in the 6+ years before.
