As a first time mum at the age of 17, I was constantly given advice on how to do this and that, One piece of advice that I was given over and over again was that “Breast is Best” meaning breast milk is the best milk that you can give your baby. As a first time mum, I tried to take in all the advice I was given and put it all together to create my version of the best possible mother I could be. I decided that I would do my best to breast...

Well first you would need to settle on what sort of experiences. I mean what is the direction of the book. It needs a selling point. Then, start compiling stories. You would need a legal release for people to sign, perhaps try writing groups for more tips.

On average for that age group it's roughly $80 to $90/day but most people are entitled to at least a small subsidy, even if it's 16% then there's the 50% rebate that's paid quarterly which gives back half of your out of pocket expenses. Many people I know pay that straight to childcare as soon as it's in their account, then only continue to pay half what the fees are, if that makes sense. It ...

I chose based on price. They all have to meet Australian standards. Some people thin "gold" means better, it usually means added iron. This can constipate newborns so be mindful of that. I have used both Heinz formula and SMA and found them both adequate. Keep an eye out on catalogues like Big W and the big supermarkets for specials where you can buy a few cans at once.
