To be honest before you mentioned it i had not even given shooting it down a second thought,i occasionally shoot at harrier jets with a sub machine gun which does not have enough impact. Normally get shot by the other side when doing so anyway.......Lol

In reply to a post by SamsonUK : Going back 10 years you would be absolutely correct, but not any where near to true now. If you aren't gfx obsessed, most games work perfectly well on older rigs. See thats the issue, especially with the PS3, it pimps itself on eyecandy, from experience most the games i've played on it are shallow.

Stinger is the quickest way though. It's a pity you don't seem to get kills/points for it. Signature.

In reply to a post by wrtpeeps : I used to be a pc gamer, but realised that it isn't worth the hassle with constant upgrades and not to mention the cheating . That is something I would be happy going to a console for, to get rid of these idiots, that think it is fun to hack to high heaven. Regards, Ben Bird X i lo 4.5km from Exchange 60DB Downstream Att. Shame your cores sit idle since you don't need the graphics Only joking. You either like consoles or you don't. But that has absolutely no relation to whether you like pc or not. You can own both or you can own neither. As far as I can see, both parties are happy with what they have, no need to debate and campaign.

In reply to a post by woweebert : Now i know your joking , a PC gamer thats happy playing on low to medium settings . Real gamers know that GFX != Good Gaming Experience Some of the best games I play have some of the oldest graphics going, but the game play is phenomenal. Check out www.battlegroundeurope.com for what I would consider a good example of this. It's one thing that the vast majority of developers have completely...

Trick is switch class, i.e. play and if a good user of the chopper/AC130 shows up, when you die switch to a class with a stinger and viola chopper gone. Andrew Ferguson, andrew@thinkbroadband.com www.thinkbroadband.com - formerly known as ADSLguide.org.uk

There are plenty of PC players to go around, most here on this board are part of the console brigade and say otherwise and whine about a sofa and stuff. If you prefer PC gaming go for it, get a nice i7 920 rig.

I'm not into gaming but, do you stand the xbox upright or lay it flat? Upright damages the drive & disks, the first you know is a grinding sound then the ring of death comes. It is better laid flat. Everyone slags MS but their customer service is second to none with the xbox. My son bought 1 second hand 11 mth old, 2 mth later goosed, paid for repair and they later brought in 3 yr warranty...

COD 4 i'm sure will be most peoples first choice for the multiplayer alone. I actually liked the single player in WAW more, but that's just my opinion. MW2 is all about multiplayer and so far it looks good. I'm not making the same mistake i did with GTA4 by not pre-ordering and having to wait a few weeks before i could get hold of a copy.

I've seen it a few times, its caught my interest we'll have to see closer to release. L4D2 can suck it, paying so much for a 4 player coop game, no thanks. 50% sale or nothing. Assassins creed 2 i'm holding well back on for a few reasons: 1)AC1 was boring, repetitive, same thing over and over. 2)Ubisoft have been caught trying to bribe reviewers into giving it perfect scores....

might be the javelin glitch but im not sure if it affects the ps3 version, most high scorers seem to camp till they get a pave or ac130 then there score shoots up Nick "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die."
