How much do you spend on...
Published (2009-11-28 23:54:00)
This year the boys are having around £350 each spent on each of them. My wife always protests because she comes from a background where spoiling the kids is not really what Christmas is about. Though I understand that I refuse to go along with it and try to match the kind of Christmas' that I enjoyed as a child and Amazon is my accomplice . Also - something which those of you in Aus can perhaps relate to, we are pretty much over here...

If some people didn't behave like dickheads and weren't so self-centred then these sort of fines would not be needed. Don't blame the state blame the dickheads who think they can shit in everyone's backyard. The nanny state exists because a lot of adults don't act like grown ups.

Meet and greet the Mods?
Published (2009-11-28 21:37:00)
Hello, My name is Broad Shoulders and I am a recent addition to the mod team. My favourite hobbies/pass times are, pissing in tupperware containers and freezing them so I can sell them to local kids as Apple Popsicles, kicking bus stops and hopping to the shops on one leg while dressed as Michael Jackson. You know just the run of the mill Mod behaviour really!

Not quite that bad up this way, we but we do get them. Couple of fishermen caught a 3m white pointer off our beach a couple of months ago. We've also had great whites and hammerheads. Just follow the golden rules - don't swim at dawn or dusk, don't swim in the mouths of rivers and always make sure there's someone further out than you!

I don't see why people would even need to compare it to the UK - if you are one of these people that measure your enjoyment of Christmas by the no of line items on your credit card bill then moving country won't make any difference. Tell you what though - I ...
