UPDATE (12/01/2009): 1. Some hours ago , I’ve posted an entire tutorial to adding scriplets. In addition, the new article has a lot of additional goodies: - Find in page with the long-awaited Next functionality (!) - New versions of the lifeclever.com scriptlets deployable right on the iPhone, even in Safari - A complete report on all (scriptlet-capable) iPhone Web browsers’ compliance of handling purely Javascript...

Hi, Lisa. Welcome to BrightHand. My wife had a similar dilemma. She wanted an iPhone--and since ePocrates finally got fully ported, it became an option--but her work wouldn't pay for it. She decided penny-wise was better than pound foolish and got the Palm 800w her work would supply and pay for. I think she would be happier with an iPhone, but it is an expense: The initial cost plus about $70/month thereafter. I don't know why I do...

If your iPhone is still under contract, you would still have to pay the ETF to cancel your plan. I don't have much Blackberry experience but one thing I know for sure is that the iPhone's web browser is vastly superior. Blackberries are better at push e-mail but the iPhone is catching up fast.

Hi guys! I'm Lisa and I work for Hansons Windows. I currently have an iPhone but my job here at Hansons is going to give me a Blackberry for work and I won't have to pay for it. My question is, to anyone who's ever used a Blackberry. Does it in the slightest compare to an iPhone? I love my iPhone but am tempted to change because I won't have to pay for the Blackberry.

Some additional remarks (06/22/2009):
1. The tests have been conducted on the iPhone 3G under both OS version 2.1.1 (jailbroken) and OS 3.0 (non-jailbroken). In the column for Safari, I’ve included both information, separated by a slash (/).
2. On the new iPhone 3G S (which has both two times more RAM memory and a much faster processor), the loading speed should be better and ...

Note: I’ve done my best to produce a version compatible with the current content manager. Nervertheless, I’m not sure all the scriptlet links work (and I don’t have the time to check them all in all the forums I cross-post my guides). If you want to be absolutely sure they do, use the scriplets at the bottom of the original article at http://www.iphonelife.com/blog/87/co...ne-web-brow ser
