Hopefully, I didn't scare anyone away with my "vent". Today is another day and I'm just taking it a day at a time. I think I'm going to take a wee break from the forums and return in a few weeks. I just need to get my brain off of all of this for a little bit. Cheri, I will have you in prayer no matter what and check in as well to see how you are doing. Hugs, Michelle Hugs, Michelle

You are in what I called Circling the airport part, just waiting to land. These are hard days but I do hope you find some giggles and joy as well. I so over packed and I was only in hospital for 5 days as well after my clipping. What I did use when i finally did shower (after cursing at them for wanting me to move.......it was a great shower though) was leggings and big, warm tops and always socks. The hospital was wonderful and my doctor was...

Michelle, You certainly have the right to be frustrated and dissapointed with the office visit outcome. God bless you sweetie, and I completely understand why you think you need to take a little time for yourself. Don't stay away too long. We will miss you so much. I will pray for you daily and keep you in my thoughts. You have so much to think about, but remember we are always here for you.

Thank you all so much!! As you mention it Taffy it does kinda seem like a click. Did you get it all over your head or just at the surgery site? Mine seem to happen all over my head normally when I first lay down. I have an appt this morning with my doctor on base to just get everything put in my medical records that I am experiancing. I have to make sure I get all my records copied from my NS also due to after 6 months I might have to go in...

This is an excellant reminder, I remember that My Doctor told me to get this stuff when I had my Hysto......blah ,blah blah, can't spell it, but anyway I kept using it even when I was in the hospital in my sponge bath, I took it with me and poured it in that little tub they give you for about twenty thousand dollars, It kept me from getting "bugs " too. so I think it couln't hurt to ask about it. Hi Cheri, I can't help with your question as my annie was left middle cerebral artery and I did have symptoms but not what you describe. Your surgery is looming and this must make you very emotional and you must be questionning everything at the moment. It is all normal and natural and I was just the same before my planned surgery. If it helps to tell you I was a nervous wreck the week before ...

Prior to my hysterectomy - the docs had me wash with a liquid soap the night before and the day of surgery. I have a sheet somewhere around here with the name of it but can't find it. It was to prevent infection as well and I totally appreciated doing this myself, it somehow made me feel a little bit more in the know about staving off these types of infections. Good question - one I wouldn't have...

Oh Ging, I am so sorry for you and for what ever is going on in your family. How will I ever get by without you. Amberfields, Hearing positive things encourages me and takes away some of my fear. I will have a craniotomy on Dec. 7th. They will be clipping an aneurysm on the basilar artery that has 5 other arteries feeding into it. No body wanted to do it and said it was inoperable until Cleveland clinic looked over my tests and said they think they can clip it in 2 places. I'm glad you are okay and i hope...
