I've got an unused heavy bag in my house and am looking to start doing a lot hitting for fitness/cardio purposes only. I have no intention to box competitively or outside of my house if that makes a difference. I'm looking for some equipment advice on gloves and wraps to buy if those are needed. I've been reading a lot and have heard mixed answers to the wrap issue. For fitness purposes, would I want a traditional glove or one...

I currently use a pair of 14 oz Title leather super bag gloves for bag work and light sparring. At this point they have definitely seen better days and I'd like to replace them. Need Help Choosing Bag Gloves Hi all, Would be grateful for some help on choosing some heavy bag gloves. I am big on hand protection and wrist support. 16 oz would be preferable. Spending minimum is $50 (hate cheap low end gloves) and spending max is $85 since it's a newer hobby and my first pair of heavy bag gloves. Have ...

Boxing-bag height question. I've just bought a Muay Thai precision bag and was wondering what height it would be proper to hang it from the floor. It's 5'6 tall and I'm 5'7 myself. Thank you for any help!

For some reason i think a good water bag without foam is the move 4 me. I probably am aiming at the Title 140 lb water no foam(10 year warrantee). The bags that i saw i went to Models, Sports Authority etc etc were not the best. The one i liked i saw at ****'s The...

You could start out by trying to get your foot in the door with local gyms that need equipment. Provide at a discounted cost, maybe donate some gear to the local underpriveleged gyms.
