Unfortunately, we're still trying to resolve problems with lost data related to last weekend's Derby Game. That will result in no Derby Game for this weekend. We are continuing to work on the problem and I hope to have an update for you tomorrow.

What about posting a message on the main derby page? And as Sean S. noted the main BOM page still says 'deadline tonight' for the derby. Is it an involved process to change these things to let players know so they don't have to keep checking? Just curious. Thanks for your efforts.

The first one is pretty simple , the admin basically has a few users in mind and asks them is they wish to be a mod sometimes the admin has made it public and have people put their names in threads for it, once they go through a process of determining who is best for the job they give the person the job. Up until like September of this year we hadn't had a mod change since 2007. ...

All true baumer. I completely agree with you.
However, looking at it from a mods perspective, i can see that allowing just two clubs per film will create a rush from some people just to get their club approved and others not, regardless of how silly their club is. This will definitely need moderating.
Some people will create a club even when the idea of a film is announced, just to...
