On Christmas Day I shall watch Doctor Who. Regardless of where I am or what I'm doing. Anybody who attempts to stop me may not survive through to Boxing Day.
Doctor Who is one of the few televisual events I cannot and will not miss, no matter what. In fact, I can't actually think of any others offhand. I would pay the BBC license fee *just* for Doctor Who, it is so good.
