My telly has a connection and option to be hooked up to a monitor. It's an LG. I just plug the monitor cable in and select it from the menu on the telly. xxx

Google seems to have a lot of solutions but as I haven't tried them I can't say if they will work. If you aren't good with computers then it's probably best to find someone who is. If you have the original Windows CD... perhaps someone can show you how to reinstall it (as a last option). Sorry I couldn't help...

I've been searching and this seems to be linked to a common "internet explorer cannot open the webpage" problem which I've also been having lately. When I try and open a page this happens and then after pressing refresh it's ok.

Trouble is, that $80 translates to £150 over here - I just went looking for the UK price - which is a lot to pay for something so limited in it's capabilities. Somebody is making a good margin, either the wholesaler, HMRC, or both! Another £20 would buy you a Dell Inspiron 910 which offers a lot more hardware for the money.
