Alysse - I was starting to see and definitely feel some changes while doing this consistently. I've had a few health situations that have kept me from sticking with it last week. But I will get back to it as soon as I'm able. It's a great and quick workout and I recommend it!

Quick check-in! I am EXHAUSTED! Foodwise, I did excellent yesterday. I actually didn't even't use the 10 additional points planned... pulled off the whole 'day' with 24 points. I put 'day' in quotes because I did not get home until 7am this morning. There was major disaster at work and we were so wrapped up in that I was too pre-occupied to even think about food. My best advise is to invest in Hungry Girl. If you don't know what that is, check out hungry-girl.com. She is basically my savior. Up and at 'em.. it's Monday!
I seem to be feeling better! I slept through the night... WOOOHOO! Not achey.. no fever.. actually been fever free for over 24hrs, so I am able to go to work. I made the dates for this challenge to include 2 months. The goal for this challenge is to complete 30 days of the Shred workout within 2 months. People swear by this DVD program so well see if they hype is true.
If you havent gotten it yet, and want to join, you can find it at Target, Walmart, and Amazon ....

I vow to lose 10 pounds between now and 12/23 (my WI day). I vow to earn at least 8 AP's a week until then. I bite it, i write it. That's 9 weeks away! So losing 10 pounds over 9 weeks is like, a little over a pound a week. totally do-able. and i'd be pretty excited if i could get more!

Yup! That stuff is my favorite! Because of my tummy issues, I'm not supposed to have " whole-grain" anything. I find that this is a perfect pasta substitute.

CONFESSION TIME - I've been feeling really funny lately in the afternoons: shaky, blurry vision, just generally "out of it." Well, I convinced myself that some sugar would help.

I tried to restart this thread about a month ago and got no responses at all. I'm glad you are back and we can do this thread again. I love all my BCB buddies but it is soooo hard to relate to someone who has something like 20 lbs to lose, or is 5 lbs away from goal. I think we 100+ers have somewhat of a different struggle than others and I love to have this thread.

Good morning.
Shelly - I'm so sorry you're still feeling terrible. I was home with Layla last week because of the swine flu. TV during the day is TERRIBLE! I tell ya, talk shows have really gone down hill over the years. I remember the good old days of Sally Jessie Raphael and Ricki Lake. *sigh*
