Time to plan, plan, plan! Today: 28pts plus 5 flex Eating small through the day - banana, oatmeal, soup - 5pts. Then at my grandfathers, I'll bring a coffee (keeps me from nibbling!) and I can have a couple of my cookies, cuz I know the points. No more than 5pts. Not sure what we are doing for dinner. But I have 18 points to make it work. Tomorrow: 28 plus 35 flex Breakfast beforehand 6pts. I think my parents are having turkey dinner. I...

Tomorrow will be so busy, I'm not sure I'll get on. Going to the inlaw's for 1pm for a party and getting family pics done. Then we're going to my mother's for 5pm. I saved my 35 flex points specifically for tomorrow. I'm cooking dinner on Christmas day, so I'm not worried about going off program then. It's Christmas Eve that's all about food, unfortunetly. hey girls! Oh! Being a mother is a hard job isnt it? I'm still feeling sickness. I through up in the morning. My other kids keep asking me what's going on. Thanks God my hubby perfectly understands and brings food everyday. I can't really stay OP. I eat what I feel like to and thats it. Hope you have a Merry Christmas and a happy new year! I almost lost you girls!!! I came to the thread and it had no new posts and then I realized a new one was started! This is great...a new thread and a great fresh start. My 3 goals for 2010- 1. Get my weight to 145- and keep it there! 2. Run a marathon. I have been doing some reading and this is something I REALLY want to do. I am crazy and love plans and lists and Excel, and just added a "Marathon Training" tab to my WW excel...

Kristen: Congrats on 3 days back OP!!! You are such an encouragement. Hopefully, your hunger will go away. Are you eating enough protein? You're right, we have to hang on. Today I got Subway for lunch and I'd ordered a snickerdoodle cookie but I thought it through and cancelled the order for the cookie. It felt so good to be able to do that. Merry Christmas Eve girls!! The dr went well yesterday. I've gained a total of 15 lbs which he is very pleased with, and my bp was low. He feels things are going great. so that's good. I have to work some today but I'm hoping to leave about 12 or 1. I still have a bit of a cold but it's getting better. It's raining right now but we are suppossed to get snow later this afternoon. First week OP went well. I exercised once. I did a 1 mile walk but it was too much...I was so sore for the next 2 days, so I laid low for the rest of the week. I'll try the walk again this week. Despite not working out and just focusing on my eating, I still managed a great loss! I'm sure some of it was leftover pregnancy fluids, but that's ok!
